Pink Heaven on Holby City
November 2009Yes, our products are once again going to feature on a well known TV show. Following our appearance on 60 Minute Makeover in September, this time you’ll see our beautiful Pink Fairy Bedroom Accessories adorning the walls of one of the character’s bedroom on BBC1’s Holby City!
We were very excited to receive the call from the BBC, I always imagined they would have things like that in stock in a props room somewhere but I guess they have to buy in the really special items!
The episode has only just been filmed and isn’t being aired until the 23rd February 2010. Don’t worry, we’ll remind you nearer the time.

That spooky time of year!
September 2009Ok, so we know that Halloween is not usually associated with the colour pink, but who says that there can’t be a Spooky Princess or a Fierce Fairy!
It’s that time of year when the kiddies just love to dress up. When I was young we made our own costumes (well, Mum did!) and they usually consisted of a black dress, facepaint and broom stick for a witch, or a white sheet with eye holes cut out for a ghost. Needless to say that costumes have come a long way since then and your little ones can dress up in gorgeous Halloween outfits but still look a bit scary.
We love the Pink Witch Dress in our Halloween Dress Up range – you don’t see many pink witches about so you’re bound to stand out from the crowd!! Complete with a pink witches hat, all you need is the broom stick and you’ll be ruling the streets come the end of the month. We’ve also got a Funky Fairy Witch and a Pumpkin Princess, which are lovely too.

Pink Heaven on 60 Minute Makeover
September 2009We were contacted months ago by the team at ITV1’s 60 Minute Makeover, to see if we were able to donate some products for a future show in which they were making over a little girl’s bedroom in a Fairy theme!! Apparently the designer had found Pink Heaven online and really liked the look of our gorgeous fairy bedroom accessories.
We sent a Pink Fairy Canopy, Pink Fairy Mobile, Pink Fairy Wall Hanging, Fairy Garden Snow Globe, Pink Musical Fairy and Pink Fairy Handbag. They’ll be able to create a wonderful Fairy Bedroom for the lucky little girl with all these goodies!
We’re not sure how much of a mention we’ll get on the show, if anything. If we’re lucky the designer will talk about one of our products and mention Pink Heaven, but we could quite easily just be products in the background. Either way we get listed on the ITV website as one of the show’s suppliers.
So we’ll be setting our tvs to record this tomorrow, Wednesday September 30th on ITV1 at 2pm – make sure you do too!
Pink Heaven at the Autumn Fair
September 2009Last week we visited the Autumn Fair at the NEC. It’s one of the largest Trade Fairs in the UK and most of our suppliers exhibit there, so it’s a great opportunity to catch up with them and view their new products in the flesh!
It’s always a long day trawling through the halls, seeking out beautiful new Pink products, but it’s great fun at the same time. We were particularly looking for new bedroom ideas as we’ll be expanding our Pink Bedroom section in the near future to include bedding, lighting and even more gorgeous accessories.
But now the hard work really starts as we try to decide which new products to buy….watch this space!!
Shopping Safely with Pink Heaven

Pink Heaven has recently been given the seal of approval by Shopsafe (http://www.shopsafe.co.uk), which is a UK web directory with stringent criteria.
In order to be listed with Shopsafe our website has been carefully analysed to ensure it meets their standards in the following areas:
- Online ordering and security of credit card payment transactions.
- Product prices and delivery prices that are clearly displayed.
- Sites that are based in the UK and deliver to the UK.
- Full contact details including phone and fax numbers, postal and e-mail addresses and a contact for complaints.
- Prominent display of customer service information, including delivery information, a refunds and returns policy and information on how to cancel contracts.
- A full privacy policy.
- Terms and Conditions clearly displayed.
- Good design, making the site quick to load, easy to use and multi-browser compatible.
Shopsafe receive hundreds of applications every day from websites wanting to be included on their directory, but only a very small percentage are successful due to the vetting process.
We’re delighted to have been approved and hope that it gives our customers extra assurance when shopping with Pink Heaven.

Free Shipping in March
March 2009The ‘Credit Crunch’ has been used and abused as an excuse for anything and everything in the last 12 months. However, we can’t deny that it is affecting our way of life. We had a brainstorm about how we could help our customers ride the storm. It’s a difficult one because our suppliers are putting prices up, so offering discounts across the board is impossible.
We have decided to offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders throughout the month of March. The Free Shipping will be using Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. Orders will be processed with the same priority, usually sent the day after they are placed. Customers will still be able to upgrade to 1st Class Delivery or Express Delivery for an additional charge, if the order is urgent.
We feel that this will benefit all our customers and really help cut costs during this difficult financial time. Happy Free Delivery Pink Shopping everyone, and remember to tell all your friends!!
Come And See Pink Heaven At Arreton Manor
April 2008Pink Heaven will be taking part in The Essential Pamper Weekend to be held at Arreton Manor on 3rd & 4th May 2008. Arreton Manor is located near Newport on the Isle of Wight and is a historic and picturesque building with beautiful grounds that lend themselves perfectly to the occasion.
Visitors will have the opportunity to purchase a range of Pink Heaven’s products and take advantage of special Pamper Weekend offers and competitions!
Other local companies will be offering shopping, makeovers, massage and manicures to name but a few.
We are excited about taking part in this event which will be the start of many similar events for the company as it’s reputation grows both locally and nationwide.
