How long will it take my order to arrive?
For items in stock we endeavour to despatch on the next working day. We send most of our standard UK orders using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery which is usually delivered in 1-2 working days. You can read more about our delivery details.
Are payments to Pink Heaven secure?
Yes – we take online security very seriously. When you proceed to the checkout you will be transferred to our secure server which uses the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
How do I know that my credit card details are safe?
Your personal information is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts your credit card number, so that it cannot be read while the information travels over the Internet. We then use PayPal for all of our online credit/debit card transactions because of their excellent reputation and proven security record.
What will appear on my credit card/bank statement?
Your statement will read ‘PINK HEAVEN’.

I placed an order but why haven’t I heard anything from you?
During the checkout process you are asked to enter an email address. An order confirmation email will immediately be sent after you have successfully entered your payment details. You will then receive an email once your order has been despatched. You may not receive these emails if you entered your email address incorrectly or you have spam blocking software installed. Please contact us if you are in any doubt.
Why haven’t I received my order yet?
You will have received an email when your order was packed. The email contains a tracking reference number that you can use on the Royal Mail website. If you did not receive the email or are having difficulties then please contact us.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to the point at which it is despatched to you. If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order after it has been despatched?
You cannot cancel your order after it has been despatched because it will be in the postal network. However, you may still take advantage of our no-quibble 14 day refund policy and return the items to us.
