At the checkout you can use any of the credit and debit cards listed below. For your convenience, we also accept payment with a PayPal account.
When will I be charged?
Your card is authorised at the checkout and then payment is taken once we have confirmed your order and address details.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your order will appear on your statement as ‘PINK HEAVEN’.
What currency do you use?
We are based in the United Kingdom and all our prices are shown in pounds sterling. If you order using a foreign card then your card issuer will convert the amount at the current exchange rate.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes your information is as safe as can be. We utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts sensitive information such as your name, address and credit card details before being sent to our servers.
We are proud to use PayPal as our credit card payment processor. This means that we never store your credit card details which would make them a potential target for hackers. PayPal is a well known and trusted payment processor and they are the driving force behind eBay auction payments.
Are you a credible company?
We have been trading since 2007 and have been reviewed and approved by Shopsafe.
