What is your refund policy?

  • We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from Pink Heaven within 14 days
  • We make no charge for returns – there is no restocking fee
  • Returned items must be unused and with their original packaging, with the customer having taken care to ensure no damage comes to the product.
  • All returns must have a completed returns form (available below)
  • To prevent fraud we will only credit the card used to place the order

How do I return an item?

We would ask you to return your purchase, having taken care to ensure no damage comes to it, with all it’s packaging, accompanying items and completed returns form.

You should obtain proof of postage as you will be liable for any items until they are received by Pink Heaven.

Who pays the postage on returned items?

For faulty goods or other issues that are the fault of Pink Heaven, we will be happy to refund the cost of this return delivery. We will also offer a full refund and cover postage costs for all items returned during the 7 day cooling off period. We regret that after this 7 day period we cannot be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items, nor can we include the original postage costs in the refund.
