Returns & Refunds
We hope that you will love your purchases from Pink Heaven. Every care will be taken to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.
We would ask you to return your purchase in it’s original condition with all packaging, accompanying items and proof of purchase within 14 days of the invoice date. Please state in writing your reason for returning it and whether you would like a refund or an exchange / replacement.
Returns must be made via a guaranteed delivery service as you will be liable for it’s contents until it is received by Pink Heaven. For faulty goods or other issues that are the fault of Pink Heaven, we will refund the cost of this return delivery. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items, nor can we include the original postage costs in the refund.
